A character cottage situated on a working dairy beef and sheep farm was once the farm's stable for the work horses, with the hay loft for fodder up above. The cottage is historically grade II listed and retains many original features.
This cottage is now NON SMOKING.
Prices range from £285-£375 per week (2011). This price is fully inclusive of fuel, bedding and towels. There are no hidden extras.
There is a Marks and Spencers Simply Food store at Southwaite Services which is only 1.5 miles away with easy access from the above cottage. This store is open from 8am -10pm every day (except Saturday, it closes at 8pm) and has proved very popular and made self catering easy for past guests.
